Hummus (Middle Eastern chickpea dip) - Certified Thermomix Person

Hummus, yes! Hummus, an addictive texture with a subtle chickpea flavor...that's a healthy no-guilt thing to put on your toast

You will need

  • 250g cooked chickpeas

  • 10g EVOO

  • 1/2 squeezed lemon

  • 2 Tbs Tahini

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch cumin

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 8

  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix 2min/ Speed 5

  3. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with Paprika or Sumac

  4. Enjoy!
