Olive Tapenade (French pureed olive spread) - Certified Thermomix Person

On a bruschetta or the bottom of a salted pie, olive tapenade is a delicious touch of the wonderful Provencal sun

You will need

  • 150g pitted black olives

  • 30g pitted green olives

  • 40g capers

  • 8 anchovies (marinated in EVOO and lemon)

  • 50g EVOO

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl. Mix 1min/ Speed 3 and gradually increase to Speed 6

  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix again until the desired consistency is achieved

  3. Spread on a toast or the bottom of a pie

  4. Enjoy!
