Pear season is here! if you got a bunch of pears and want to try other things than pear juice and pear compote, you can try a pie, it is the pear-fect dessert to share with beloved ones. You can even upgrade this recipe by adding a layer of "dulce de leche" to your base. Not the best thing if you're trying to lose weight, but once in a lifetime it's great to have a sweet treat

You'll need
Oat based "pâte brisée"pie crust (you can also use your own base). If you use mine, ditch basil and add 2 TBS coconut sugar
120g raw almonds
90g butter (softened)
80g Coconut sugar
4 pears
3 eggs
Instructions
Place almonds in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 10. Set aside
Prepare your dough as described.
Line a pie plate with the dough
Preheat oven to 180°C
Place eggs, sugar, butter and almond powder in the bowl. Mix 40sec/ Speed 3
Pour over the pie crust
Slice your pears and place them on top the mixture
Bake for 40min on medium rack
Back for 10 additionnal minutes on bottom rack. Let cool
