You'll need
210g Greek yogurt
25g corn starch
2 eggs
1 Tbs honey (1/2 if you use a sweetened yogurt)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C
Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 15sec/ Speed 4
Fill muffin tins with the mixture
Bake for 35min. Let cool
