Never tired of a sweet melty brownie

This is the regular brownie recipe. Want something different? try my banana brownie or my gluten free version

You will need

  • 250g walnuts

  • 150g butter

  • 150g muscovado sugar

  • 150g dark chocolate

  • 50g flour

  • 50g milk chocolate

  • 30g cocoa powder

  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C

  2. Place walnuts in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5. Set aside

  3. In the clean bowl, place dark & milk chocolate, and butter. Mix 4min/ 60°C/ Speed 1,5

  4. Add sugar. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5

  5. Add eggs. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5

  6. Add remaining ingredients (but walnuts). Mix 5sec/Speed 5

  7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

  8. Add walnuts. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5/ Reverse mode

  9. Pour into a square tin already covered with baking sheet

  10. Cook for 10min.

  11. Let cool

  12. Slice and enjoy!

You will need

  • 650g water

  • 400g broccoli sprouts

  • 120g leek

  • 100g double cream

  • 20g EVOO

  • 1 Tbs garlic powder

  • 1 Tbs herb mix (parsley, cilantro, chives, basil)

  • 1 cc Himalaya salt

  • 1 cc ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place leek in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 7

  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add EVOO and garlic powder. Mix 10min/ Varoma/ Stirring mode. Once you start, remove the measuring cup

  3. Add water, broccoli sprouts salt and pepper. Mix 20min/ 100°C/ Speed 2 without the cup

  4. Add cream. Mix 1min/ Speed 10

  5. Top with herbs and enjoy!

You will need

  • 250g cooked chickpeas

  • 10g EVOO

  • 1/2 squeezed lemon

  • 2 Tbs Tahini

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch cumin

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 8

  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix 2min/ Speed 5

  3. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with Paprika or Sumac

  4. Enjoy!
