As tasty and fudgy as the regular one

You will need
75g gluten free flour
150g butter
80g muscovado sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
40g raw cocoa powder
40g choco chips
3 eggs
1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Place sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and cocoa in the bowl. Mix 3min/ 65°C/ Speed 2
Make sure butter has completely melted. If not, add 20sec/ 65°C/ Speed 2
Add eggs. Mix 10sec/ Speed 4
Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add flour, choco chips and salt. Mis 5sec/ Speed 4
Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 4
Poor the batter into a mold or a tin already covered with parchment paper.
Cook for 35min.
Allow the cooked brownie to completely cool before cutting it
