I tried this lazy recipe with some substitutions and I am glad the result was creamy, very creamy!

You will need
1 clove garlic
2 zucchinis
30cl water
150g risotto rice (doesn't work with long rice or Basmati one)
5 cl EVOO
35g parmigiano regiano (I tried it with Emmental but it was not perfect)
2 TS double cream
Spices: salt, pepper, ginger, parsley, Provence herbs
1 ts lemon juice
Instructions
Place garlic and zucchini slices in the bowl. Mix 6sec/ Speed 4
Add EVOO. Mix 3min/ Varoma/ Speed 1
Add rice. Mix 5min / Varoma/ reverse mode/ Stirring function
Add spices, lemon juice and water. Mix 12min/ 100°C/ Reverse mode/ stirring function
Taste. Adjust taste and cooking time if necessary
Add parmigiano and cream. Mix 1min/ Reverse mode/ Speed 1,5
