You'll need

  • 350g minced chicken meat

  • 120g EVOO

  • 50g fine semolina

  • 50g olives

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 cheese portions (about 50g)

  • 2 Tbs parsley

  • 1 Tbs sriracha

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp coriander

  • 1 tsp hot sauce

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp curcuma

  • 1/2 tsp curry

  • Any other spice you'd like to add

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7

  2. Shape the dough into 2 rough logs and roll the logs in parchment paper

  3. sting the paper with a toothpick

  4. Roll the logs in foil paper

  5. Put 500ml water in the bowl

  6. Place the logs in the varoma. Mix 40min/ Varoma. Speed 1

  7. Let cool

  8. Enjoy!

You'll need

  • 300g GF flour

  • 150ml lactose-free milk

  • 150ml water

  • 20g butter

  • 1 egg

  • 5g baking yeast

  • 1/2 tsp muscovado sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Place milk and butter in the bowl. Mix 1min30/ 37°C/ Speed 1.5

  2. In a separate bowl, place warm water and yeast. Stir gently

  3. Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 3min30/ knead

  4. Shape 4 buns and place them on a baking tray already covered with parchment paper

  5. Cover with a wet cloth and let rise for 1h (near a heat source or in a preheated oven to 40°C)

  6. After 40min, preheat oven to 210°C (Th7)

  7. Bake for 20min (bottom rack) then 10min (middle rack)

  8. Enjoy!

You'll need

  • 500g water

  • 250g white potatoes

  • 80g coconut oil

  • 2 Tbs nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp powder garlic

Instructions

  1. Place water and salt in the bowl.

  2. Insert basket in the bowl. Place potatoe pieces. Mix 25min/ Varoma/ Speed 1 (potatoes need to be well cooked)

  3. Remove water and place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 4,5

  4. Mix with favorite pasta or whatever thing you'd like to eat

  5. Enjoy!
