You'll need
300g GF flour
150ml lactose-free milk
150ml water
20g butter
1 egg
5g baking yeast
1/2 tsp muscovado sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Place milk and butter in the bowl. Mix 1min30/ 37°C/ Speed 1.5
In a separate bowl, place warm water and yeast. Stir gently
Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 3min30/ knead
Shape 4 buns and place them on a baking tray already covered with parchment paper
Cover with a wet cloth and let rise for 1h (near a heat source or in a preheated oven to 40°C)
After 40min, preheat oven to 210°C (Th7)
Bake for 20min (bottom rack) then 10min (middle rack)
