Gluten-free Hamburger Buns - Certified Thermomix person

Who said that gluten free diets should be restrictive? do you miss those nice burgers? no problem! do you want to have a nice toast? no problem! do you just want to eat raw bread? well, no problem!

This recipe is

You'll need

  • 300g GF flour

  • 150ml lactose-free milk

  • 150ml water

  • 20g butter

  • 1 egg

  • 5g baking yeast

  • 1/2 tsp muscovado sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Place milk and butter in the bowl. Mix 1min30/ 37°C/ Speed 1.5

  2. In a separate bowl, place warm water and yeast. Stir gently

  3. Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 3min30/ knead

  4. Shape 4 buns and place them on a baking tray already covered with parchment paper

  5. Cover with a wet cloth and let rise for 1h (near a heat source or in a preheated oven to 40°C)

  6. After 40min, preheat oven to 210°C (Th7)

  7. Bake for 20min (bottom rack) then 10min (middle rack)

  8. Enjoy!
