You'll need
350g minced chicken meat
120g EVOO
50g fine semolina
50g olives
4 eggs
4 cheese portions (about 50g)
2 Tbs parsley
1 Tbs sriracha
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp curcuma
1/2 tsp curry
Any other spice you'd like to add
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7
Shape the dough into 2 rough logs and roll the logs in parchment paper
sting the paper with a toothpick
Roll the logs in foil paper
Put 500ml water in the bowl
Place the logs in the varoma. Mix 40min/ Varoma. Speed 1
Let cool
