Banana and apricot together taste like something from Heaven

You will need

  • 350g apricots

  • 150g bananas

  • 50g brown sugar

  • 100g water

  • 3 eggs (separate yolks and whites)

  • 50g brown sugar

  • 20g cornstarch

  • 200g water

  • Strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Place the fruits, 50g sugar and 100g water in the bowl. Mix 10min/ 100°C/ Speed 2

  2. Mix 8sec/Speed 6. Leave aside

  3. Rinse the bowl

  4. Place egg yolks and sugar. Mix 1min/ Speed 2

  5. Add cornstarch and water. Mix 30sec/ Speed 3

  6. Add the fruit preparation. Mix 3min/ 90°C/ Speed 2

  7. Mix 2min/ 100°C/ Speed 1

  8. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites into snow.

  9. Insert the butterfly whisk. Add the snow. Mix 1.30min/ Speed 2.

  10. Fill small bowls with the preparation

  11. Chill for 6h

  12. Add a layer of strawberry jam and serve immediately

  13. Enjoy fresh!

I tried this lazy recipe with some substitutions and I am glad the result was creamy, very creamy!

You will need

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 zucchinis

  • 30cl water

  • 150g risotto rice (doesn't work with long rice or Basmati one)

  • 5 cl EVOO

  • 35g parmigiano regiano (I tried it with Emmental but it was not perfect)

  • 2 TS double cream

  • Spices: salt, pepper, ginger, parsley, Provence herbs

  • 1 ts lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place garlic and zucchini slices in the bowl. Mix 6sec/ Speed 4

  2. Add EVOO. Mix 3min/ Varoma/ Speed 1

  3. Add rice. Mix 5min / Varoma/ reverse mode/ Stirring function

  4. Add spices, lemon juice and water. Mix 12min/ 100°C/ Reverse mode/ stirring function

  5. Taste. Adjust taste and cooking time if necessary

  6. Add parmigiano and cream. Mix 1min/ Reverse mode/ Speed 1,5

  7. Enjoy with Salmon! Try the recipe of some delicious salmon with citrus sauce

Reminder: Risotto is something you should serve and eat as soon as it is ready

Here is a vit-option for an instant boost

With rice, potatoes, aspargus or mushrooms, salmon is the best thing one can have for dinner

You will need

  • 600g salmon

  • 150g orange juice (sometimes I don't have orange juice so I mix 1 TS peach/apricot marmelade in 100g water and add it to the recipe

  • 50g lemon juice

  • 20g brown sugar

  • 400g water

  • 3 lemon slices

  • 1 TS cornstarch

  • 1/2 ts kosher salt (for the fish)

  • 1/2 ts Kosher salt (for the juice)

  • 1/2 ts pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by putting your salmon in a big bowl and add lemon/orange juices and sugar. Let it "swim" in the juice; chill for about 2h30

  2. Pour the juicy mixture in the bowl. Add water, salt and lemon slices

  3. Place the Varoma over the bowl and place salmon then add salt and pepper. Mix 15min/ Varoma/ Speed 1

  4. Remove the Varoma and add cornstarch to the juice. Mix 4min/ 90°C/ Speed 1

  5. Enjoy!
