Vegan, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free!

You can be creative and use any other nuts and even combine them with seeds. Also,check the recipe of my oat milk

You will need

  • 100g almonds (soaked overnight, drained and rinsed)

  • 1l water

  • That's it!

Instructions

  1. Place almonds and half the water in the bowl. Mix 1min/ Speed 10

  2. Strain the liquid into a large bowl. Use a fine strainer or cloth

  3. Place the remaining pulp in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 10

  4. Strain

  5. Transfer in a glass bottle and store in the fridge

  6. Enjoy!

PS: You can freeze almond pulp and use it in cakes or ice cream

For a flavored version, you can use vanilla extract

For a sweet version, you can use dates, coconut sugar or honey

If you want a lighter version, add more water. For a creamier version, use less water

You will need

  • 250g almond milk

  • 1 ts Matcha powder

  • 1/4 ts ground cinnamon

  • 3/4 ts coconut sugar

Instructions

  1. Place milk in the bowl. Mix 7min/ 80°C/ Speed 4

  2. Add all the ingredients. Mix 30sec/ Speed 9

  3. Enjoy!

An easy lazy version for a great pizza dough

It's time to be creative!

You will need

  • 300g water

  • 1/2 ts brown sugar

  • 1 packet dry yiest

  • 450g plain flour

  • 20g EVOO

  • 1/2 ts Himalaya salt

Instructions

  1. Place water, sugar and yiest in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 2

  2. Add flour, EVOO and salt. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5

  3. Activate the knead option for 3,5min

  4. Remove the dough and roll into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl

  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap then with a humid towel. Leave for 1h

  6. Pinch the dough to Degas it. Let it rise for 30 to 40 min

  7. Knock back and cut to fit the size of the mold.

  8. Add favorite toppings and bake in an oven set to 200°C for 10 to 20min

  9. Enjoy!

PS: The result is better with a pizza stone.
