You will need
100g almonds (soaked overnight, drained and rinsed)
1l water
That's it!
Instructions
Place almonds and half the water in the bowl. Mix 1min/ Speed 10
Strain the liquid into a large bowl. Use a fine strainer or cloth
Place the remaining pulp in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 10
Strain
Transfer in a glass bottle and store in the fridge
Enjoy!
PS: You can freeze almond pulp and use it in cakes or ice cream
For a flavored version, you can use vanilla extract
For a sweet version, you can use dates, coconut sugar or honey
If you want a lighter version, add more water. For a creamier version, use less water
