An easy lazy version for a great pizza dough
It's time to be creative!

You will need
300g water
1/2 ts brown sugar
1 packet dry yiest
450g plain flour
20g EVOO
1/2 ts Himalaya salt
Instructions
Place water, sugar and yiest in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 2
Add flour, EVOO and salt. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5
Activate the knead option for 3,5min
Remove the dough and roll into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap then with a humid towel. Leave for 1h
Pinch the dough to Degas it. Let it rise for 30 to 40 min
Knock back and cut to fit the size of the mold.
Add favorite toppings and bake in an oven set to 200°C for 10 to 20min
Enjoy!
PS: The result is better with a pizza stone.
