You'll need

  • 500g mushrooms

  • 150g water

  • 150g milk

  • 2 Tbs sour cream

  • 1 Tbs basil

  • 1 Tbs chives

  • 1/2 tsp Himalaya salt

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl. 24min/ 90°C/ Speed 1

  2. Add sour cream. Mix 30sec/ Speed 8

  3. Enjoy!

You'll need

  • 250g lactose-free milk (don't use skimmed milk)

  • 250g butter

Instructions

  1. Place milk and butter in the bowl. Mix 5min/ 90°C/ Speed 2. The bowl has to be very clean and dry

  2. Mix 30sec/ Speed 8

  3. Pour the mixture in a clean bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 1 hour then chill for 3h. The more you let it in the fridge, the thicker it gets

  4. If you want your cream to be thick, use the top coat. For a more liquid version, place in the thermomix bowl and mix 10sec/ Speed 4

You'll need

  • 160g rolled oats

  • 150g chopped walnuts

  • 150g raisins

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 240ml lactose-free milk (for a vegan option, you can use oat milk)

  • 1 Tbs honey

  • 1 Packet baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch Kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients but the walnuts and the raisins in the bowl. Mix 15sec / Speed 8

  2. Add walnuts and raisins. Mix 15sec/ Speed 3 - Reverse blades

  3. Let the batter thicken for 10min

  4. Heat a skillet to medium heat

  5. Pour the batter using a scoop. Cook on each side for about 2 monists

  6. Enjoy!
