You'll need
160g rolled oats
150g chopped walnuts
150g raisins
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
240ml lactose-free milk (for a vegan option, you can use oat milk)
1 Tbs honey
1 Packet baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch Kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Place all the ingredients but the walnuts and the raisins in the bowl. Mix 15sec / Speed 8
Add walnuts and raisins. Mix 15sec/ Speed 3 - Reverse blades
Let the batter thicken for 10min
Heat a skillet to medium heat
Pour the batter using a scoop. Cook on each side for about 2 monists
