When kids don't want to eat chicken, give them cordon bleu...they love it!

Solution? a (frozen) cheesecake!

You will need

  • 500g chicken breast

  • 100g grated Gruyere cheese

  • 20g flour

  • 8 Emmental cheese slices

  • 3 pastrami (or ham) slices

  • 2 eggs + 1 egg beaten

  • 1 tsp Himalaya salt

  • Oat crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C

  2. Place chicken slices in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 4. Add Gruyere, flour, 2 eggs, and salt. Mix 30sec/ Speed 4

  3. Divide the mixture into 16 portions. roll each portion and flatten it to get individual patties

  4. Place 1/2 slice of pastrami then 1/2 slice of cheese over half of the patties.

  5. Cover with the remaining patties and make sure the sides are tight.

  6. Prepare a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

  7. Soak each cordon bleu piece in the beaten egg then in the oat crumbs and place on the tray.

  8. Bake for 25min

  9. Enjoy!

PS: You can prepare your chicken cordon bleu pieces and freeze them. You can then unfreeze and bake the portion you need


PS: You can use entire chicken breasts. If so, just cut them like a sandwich bread and insert ham and cheese slices

It's easy to prepare sorbets and ice creams using fruits, which is much healthier than anything you can buy. The only thing to keep in mind is that sorbets and ice cream (using thermomix) need frozen fruits. So, cutting and freezing fruits is always a good idea that will make you almost instantly enjoy a refreshing prep

  • 500g frozen melon

  • 30g muscovado sugar

  • 20g icing sugar

  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Place muscovado in the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 8

  2. Add icing sugar. Mix 5sec/ Speed 3

  3. Add melon. Mix 10sec/ Speed 10

  4. Add egg white. Mix 1min30/ Speed 5

  5. Serve immediately

  6. Enjoy!

I love these. they're perfect in summer and so easy to prepare. They're normally pan fried but I prefer the healthy option of oven baking

You will need

  • 400g canned tuna

  • 100g oat crumbs

  • 60g emmental cheese

  • 25g marinated anchovy

  • 1 tsp Himalaya salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 Cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp parsley

  • 1/2 tsp chive

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C

  2. Place crumbs and cheese in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 10

  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix 30sec/ Speed 5

  4. Shape small patties and place in a baking tray already covered with parchment paper

  5. cook for 10min

  6. Enjoy!
