I love these. they're perfect in summer and so easy to prepare. They're normally pan fried but I prefer the healthy option of oven baking

You will need
400g canned tuna
100g oat crumbs
60g emmental cheese
25g marinated anchovy
1 tsp Himalaya salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp chive
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C
Place crumbs and cheese in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 10
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix 30sec/ Speed 5
Shape small patties and place in a baking tray already covered with parchment paper
cook for 10min
