Amlou is a Moroccan speciality made with ground almonds, organ oil and honey. It is known to be the Moroccan version of "Nutella" although it doesn't contain hazelnuts/cacao. It's heavenly delicious and is used as a dip or spread. I personally don't spread it on anything, and rather take one spoonful of homemade amlou every morning as an energy boost.

Who would believe this recipe is crazy easy?
