Here is a healthy version of the famous tortilla chips
Ditch the frying pan, bake your chips for a healthy still crispy snack.

You will need
250g corn flour
35g EVOO
150ml warm water
1 Tbs cayenne pepper
1 ts kosher salt
1 ts paprika
1 ts garlic powder
1 ts cumin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C
Place corn flour, EVOO and salt in the bowl. Mix 3sec/ Speed 4
Add warm water. Mix 5sec/ Speed 4
Activate kneading option. Mix 1,5min
Shape a ball and put in a bowl. Cover with clingfilm. Leave for 15 to 20min
Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper and use a rolling pin to get a thin layer
Use a knife or a cookie cutter to cut shapes (I do it the classic way...triangles).
Sprinkle with spices
Bake for 10 to 15min.
Leave to cool
Serve with salsa sauce, guacamole or melted cheese and enjoy!
