You will need
350 gr minced meat
4 eggs
4 portions of cheese
50g sliced green olives (or dried tomatoes or dried peppers)
1/4 ts salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 ts cumin
1/2 ts curry
1 ts black pepper
1 ts dry coriander
1 ts paprika
1 ts garlic (powder)
1 ts harissa (hot spicy pasta)
1 tbs Sriracha sauce
2 Tbs dried parsley
Any other spices of your choice
120g EVOO
50g fine semolina
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 10sec / Speed 7
Add olives (or pepper or tomato). Mix 5sec / Speed 3
Roll sausages in parchment paper
Prick the paper then wrap the sausages in aluminum foil
Put 1/2l of water in the bowl
Place the sausages in the varoma. Mix 40min / Varoma/ Speed 1
Let cool for a couple of minutes
