Poached egg guacamole toast - Certified Thermomix person

A healthy meal for those summer days

yummy, yummy!

"This is my breakfast: Two poached eggs, turkey bacon, and a half avocado. The yolks in a poached egg are alkalizing. Avocados are a great source of fat and vitamin E; great for your skin. Its super light and not too heavy."April Bowlby

You will need

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2l water

  • 1 ts EVOO

  • 1/4 ts black pepper

  • 1/4 ts salt

  • Cooking bags

  • Guacamole

Instructions

  1. spread some EVOO in the cooking bags

  2. Break eggs and put each in a cooking bag. Close tightly and place in the thermomix basket.

  3. Place water in the bowl. Mix 10min/ 100°C/ Speed 2

  4. Add the strain basket. Mix 5min. 100°C/ Speed 2

  5. Meanwhile prepare the guacamole

  6. Put cooking bags under running water

  7. Spread guacamole on a crunchy crispy toast

  8. Add salt and pepper to eggs and serve immediately

  9. Enjoy!
