A healthy meal for those summer days

You will need
2 Eggs
1/2l water
1 ts EVOO
1/4 ts black pepper
1/4 ts salt
Cooking bags
Instructions
spread some EVOO in the cooking bags
Break eggs and put each in a cooking bag. Close tightly and place in the thermomix basket.
Place water in the bowl. Mix 10min/ 100°C/ Speed 2
Add the strain basket. Mix 5min. 100°C/ Speed 2
Meanwhile prepare the guacamole
Put cooking bags under running water
Spread guacamole on a crunchy crispy toast
Add salt and pepper to eggs and serve immediately
