Gluten free and guilt free cake!

You will need - Base
200g mix meal (hazelnut, almond, walnut)
10 pistachios (optional)
200g sticky dates (medjool or aiwa type)
20g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbs coconut cream
1pinch kosher salt
You will need - Middle part
250g peanut butter
100g melted coconut oil
50g unsweetened cocoa powder
50g coconut cream
80g coconut sugar
1 pinch kosher salt
You will need - Top
100g peanut butter
100g melted coconut oil
20g unsweetened cocoa powder
20g coconut cream
30g coconut sugar
1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
Place the base ingredients (apart from pistachios) in the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 10
Add pistachios. Mix 10 sec/ Speed 3/ Reverse blades.
Transfer into a deep mold and press the base until it's coarse. Set aside
Place the middle part ingredients in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 8
Pour the mixture over the base. Chill for 1h
Place the top ingredients in the bowl. Mixe 5sec/ Speed 8
Pour the mixture over the middle part. Chill for a minimum of 2h
Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving
