Delicious and easy to make energy bombs

You will need
200g pitted sticky dates (medjool or Aiwa type)
50g walnuts
50g pecan nuts
80g almond powder
20g unsweetened cocoa powder
50g coconut flakes
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 Tbs coconut oil
1 Tbs honey
1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients but coconut flakes in the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 10
Spread coconut flakes in a shallow plate
Shape balls or cubes and roll them so they're topped with coconut.
