You'll need
200g pitted dates
150g nut/seed mix (almonds, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
2 TbS chia seeds
1/2 ts cinnamon
1 ts coconut oil
Directions
Place nuts in the bowl. Mix 15sec/ Speed 8. Leave aside
Place dates in the bowl. Mix 15 sec/ Speed 6
Add the nut powder. Mix 5sec / Speed 5
Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix 10sec / Speed 3,5
Hire some small hands to shape rolls.
