I'm a crepe, I'm a weird dough...

You'll need
200g flour
2 eggs
1/2l milk
2TbS coconut oil (I often do it without fat, they're still delicious)
1 packet vanilla sugar (you can also use 10g sugar and 1 vanilla bean)
1 pinch kosher salt
If you feel the mixture is heavy, add some milk. If it is too light, add some flour. I use all purpose flour, so the texture is perfect
Directions
Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 6
Pour in a large bowl
Heat a pancake pan over medium heat. You don't need to grease it, these are non stick pans
Drop batter evenly onto pan, swirling away from the heat it to evenly coat. Cook for 40 to 60 sec
Flip the crepe by lifting one edge of the crepe with an offset spatula. Cook on second side for 40 to 60 sec
Enjoy with whipped cream and strawberry slices, or with cheese and mushrooms...yummy yummy!
