Want to have some fish but you're tired of cooking? Why not prepare a salmon tartare. It's quick, easy, and divinely delicious
This recipe can also use tuna.

You will need
2 pieces of fresh salmon
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbs herb mix (parsley, chives)
1 Tbs cottage cheese - For a healthier version, use 0% Cheese
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt/pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 5
Place in plates using circles. Set aside for 5min to allow juice absorption by the fish.
Add a layer of cheese. Top with chives and serve immediately
Enjoy!
Tip: You can replace cottage cheese with a layer of avocado pieces
