Prawn Garlic Lemon Sauce - Certified Thermomix Person

Eating prawns provides a complete protein, which means it includes all nine amino acids in the right proportion for the body to function properly (Source). isn't this an occasion to enjoy seafood and try an easy delicious recipe ;)?

You will need

  • 500g prawns

  • 100g EVOO

  • 1 bunch herbs

  • 2 red hot chili peppers

  • 3 Tbs garlic powder

  • 1 Tbs himalaya salt

  • 1 Tbs lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place herbs, garlic and chili peppers in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7

  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.Mix again if necessary

  3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5

  4. Place prawns in a pan. Pour the mixture over the prawns

  5. Cook for 15-20min on medium heat

  6. Enjoy!
