IC/PBS friendly (if parmigiana cheese is tolerated)
You'll need
400g drained chickpeas
50g oat flour and almond powder mix
20g parmigiano cheese
10g EVOO
1 egg
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp chives
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven at 180°C
Place all ingredients into the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 8
Shape into patties or fingers and place onto a baking tray already lined with parchment paper
Bake for 15 to 20min flipping patties halfway through until golden brown
Serve with yogurt sauce and sautéed vegetables
