Gluten-free Chickpea patties (IC/PBS friendly) - Certified Thermomix person

No time to prepare dinner but don't want either to order? Well well, here is a quick dinner option that will be ready in no time! plus it's healthy

This recipe is

  • Gluten free

  • Dairy free

  • Vegan

  • IC/PBS friendly (if parmigiana cheese is tolerated)

You'll need

  • 400g drained chickpeas

  • 50g oat flour and almond powder mix

  • 20g parmigiano cheese

  • 10g EVOO

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 1 tsp chives

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 180°C

  2. Place all ingredients into the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 8

  3. Shape into patties or fingers and place onto a baking tray already lined with parchment paper

  4. Bake for 15 to 20min flipping patties halfway through until golden brown

  5. Serve with yogurt sauce and sautéed vegetables

  6. Enjoy!
