Going gluten free doesn't mean you'll miss culinary pleasures. But as it is hard to find GF pastry, the best way to enjoy it is to bake it. So here's an easy carrot cake recipe to try

You will need
400g carrots
380g GF flour
300g pineapple
180g honey
150g walnuts
80g raisins
50g coconut oil
4 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Himalaya salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 165°C
Place carrots, pineapple and dry ingredients into the bowl. Mix 15sec/ Speed 5
Add dry ingredients. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5
Pour into a round tin already covered with baking sheet. Cook for 40 to 60min
Let cool before serving
