When you cannot go for street food, bring street food home! this is a meal found in Morocco and Algeria but is originally from Spain. Full of proteins, this could be a great base for anything. I use it with herbs but you can add vegetables and see what it tastes like.

You will need
1 cup chickpea flour
3 cups water
100g lactose free cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 Tbs nutritional yeast
1/3 Tbs EVOO (plus some more for the plate)
1 tsp Himalaya salt
1 tsp Chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 210°C
Generously spread EVOO in a plate and put it in the oven
Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 7. The preparation should be creamy
Pour onto the (hot) plate.
Bake for 45min
Let cool. Enjoy with grilled vegetables!
