Calentita (IC/PBS friendly) - Certified Thermomix person

When you cannot go for street food, bring street food home! this is a meal found in Morocco and Algeria but is originally from Spain. Full of proteins, this could be a great base for anything. I use it with herbs but you can add vegetables and see what it tastes like.

You will need

  • 1 cup chickpea flour

  • 3 cups water

  • 100g lactose free cream cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 Tbs nutritional yeast

  • 1/3 Tbs EVOO (plus some more for the plate)

  • 1 tsp Himalaya salt

  • 1 tsp Chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C

  2. Generously spread EVOO in a plate and put it in the oven

  3. Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 7. The preparation should be creamy

  4. Pour onto the (hot) plate.

  5. Bake for 45min

  6. Let cool. Enjoy with grilled vegetables!
