Smoothies are a great alternative to a solid breakfast, especially in summer. With frozen fruits, you have endless alternatives, and you'll only need to mix all this beautiful world together to enjoy a refreshing drink. I never buy frozen fruits, I usually buy them fresh, and cut them before freezing them. This way, I just need to grab a bag and mix it

You will need
2 bananas (sliced and frozen)
375ml almond milk
120g vanilla yogurt
1 Tbs cocoa powder
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 3 and progressively increase the speed to 8 or 9
pour into a mug and serve immediately
