You will need
130g muscovado sugar
75g unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
200ml heavy cream
3g kosher salt
Instructions
Place butterfly whisk in the bowl.
Add butter, salt and sugar. Mix 4min/ 60°C/ Speed 2
Add cream and place the basket on the lid. Mix 55min/ 100°C/ Speed 1
Pour into a glass jar
Enjoy it warm or cold
