You'll need
200g dark chocolate
200g milk chocolate
20cl double cream
Directions
Place chocolate in squares in the bowl. Mix 6sec/ Speed 6
Scrap down the sides of the bowl. Add cream. Mix 4min/ 50°C/ Speed 2
That's it! (add it to your desserts but let it chill for 2hours before tasting)
