You'll need
250ml almond milk
1 banana
20g almonds
5 dates
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp pollen
Instructions
Place almonds and dates in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 10
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix 20sec/ Speed 8
Insert butterfly whisk. Mix 2min/ Speed 4
Enjoy!
PS: for a creamier result, froze banana pieces for 12h
