If you like polenta and want to try something a bit different then this is for you

With cheese, honey or chocolate, these cakes lead to an irresistible temptation

You'll need

(Cup = Thermomix cup = 100ml)


  • 500g fine semolina (for the mixture)

  • 1 cup of semolina (for cooking)

  • 100g butter

  • 1/2 cup EVOO

  • 8g baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 3 cups half-skimmed milk Instructions

Directions

  1. Place semolina, butter and oil in the bowl. Mix 15sec / Speed 4

  2. Add the egg, baking powder and milk. Mix 15sec / Speed 4

  3. Heat non-stick pan

  4. Shape palm size balls and roll them in semolina

  5. flatten the balls in the pan with a spatula and cook over medium heat on both sides until they turn golden

  6. Enjoy!

One of the easiest recipes ever!

You'll need

  • 125g butter

  • 150g brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 200g all purpose flour

  • 150g chocolate chips (If you got chocolate, chop it before you start and it'll give you beautiful heterogeneous chips).

  • 1 ts vanilla extract (or 1 packet vanilla sugar)

  • 1 ts baking powder

  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place butter and sugar in the bowl. Mix 1min30/ Speed 3

  2. Add the eg and vanilla. Mix 30sec/ Speed4

  3. Add flour, salt, baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix 40sec/ reverse knife movement/ Speed 3

  4. prepare

  5. Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture on 2 flat baking trays

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 min at 150°C. or until they just start to turn golden around the edges.

  7. Allow to cool. They’ll continue to cook on the baking tray once removed from the oven.

  8. Enjoy!


I usually bake half of the mixture and roll the other half then store it in the freezer. Once I want some cookies, I take the rolled mixture, leave it in the fridge for 15min to 30min then slice it and bake it

You'll need


  • 700 g pumpkin

  • 1 sliced leek

  • 100g shrimps

  • 500 g water

  • 50 g coconut milk

  • 2TbS sesame oil

  • 1TbS curry

  • 1/2 ts salt

  • 1/2 ts pepper

Directions

  1. Place leek in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5

  2. Add oil. Mix 3min/ 100°C/ Speed 1

  3. Add pumpkin, shrimps and water. Mix 20min/ 100°C/ Speed 2

  4. Add coconut milk, curry sel and pepper. Mix for 1min and gradually increase to Speed 8

  5. Enjoy!
