If you like polenta and want to try something a bit different then this is for you

With cheese, honey or chocolate, these cakes lead to an irresistible temptation
"Fill your stomach with wheat and grease your mouth with salted butter" Moroccan saying.
You'll need
(Cup = Thermomix cup = 100ml)
500g fine semolina (for the mixture)
1 cup of semolina (for cooking)
100g butter
1/2 cup EVOO
8g baking powder
1 egg
3 cups half-skimmed milk Instructions
Directions
Place semolina, butter and oil in the bowl. Mix 15sec / Speed 4
Add the egg, baking powder and milk. Mix 15sec / Speed 4
Heat non-stick pan
Shape palm size balls and roll them in semolina
flatten the balls in the pan with a spatula and cook over medium heat on both sides until they turn golden
