For those who cannot resist of the avocado call...

Guacamole is a must!

You will need

  • 1,5 Tbs garlic powder

  • 1 cup cilantro

  • 1 jalapeño (fresh)

  • 2 avocado (large)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 ts paprika

  • 1/2 ts kosher salt

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place garlic, cilantro and jalapeño in the bowl. Mix 4sec/ Speed 5.

  2. Scrape down the edges. Add remaining ingredients. Mix 7sec/ Speed 5

  3. Transfer in a glass jar and store in the fridge.

  4. Enjoy with tortillas or simply spread on a toast

Ditch the supermarket processed dressings...

Opt for the healthy version

You will need

  • 1kg pealed tomatoes (sliced)

  • 18g grilled pealed bell peppers (sliced)

  • 130g red onion (sliced)

  • 1 Tbs garlic powder (or 2 cloves)

  • 100g red wine vinegar

  • 1 pinch nutmeg

  • 1 Tbs mustard

  • 1 Tbs ground black pepper

  • 1 ts cayenne pepper

  • 1 ts himalaya salt

  • 50g muscovado sugar

  • 2 or 3 bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Place tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic and half the vinegar in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 7

  2. Place the strain basket on the bowl. Mix 40min/ Varoma/ Speed 2

  3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix 15min/ Varoma/ Speed 2.

  4. Once the sauce thickens, replace the basket by the measuring cup. Mix 1min/ Speed 10.

  5. Transfer in a glass. Flip over and leave for 10min. Let cool

  6. Enjoy with French fries, sandwiches, salads, etc.

For breakfast or a quick on-the-go lunch

Do it yourself instead of buying it. It's super duper easy and can be customized

You will need

  • 350 gr minced meat

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 portions of cheese

  • 50g sliced green olives (or dried tomatoes or dried peppers)

  • 1/4 ts salt

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 ts cumin

  • 1/2 ts curry

  • 1 ts black pepper

  • 1 ts dry coriander

  • 1 ts paprika

  • 1 ts garlic (powder)

  • 1 ts harissa (hot spicy pasta)

  • 1 tbs Sriracha sauce

  • 2 Tbs dried parsley

  • Any other spices of your choice

  • 120g EVOO

  • 50g fine semolina

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 10sec / Speed 7

  2. Add olives (or pepper or tomato). Mix 5sec / Speed 3

  3. Roll sausages in parchment paper

  4. Prick the paper then wrap the sausages in aluminum foil

  5. Put 1/2l of water in the bowl

  6. Place the sausages in the varoma. Mix 40min / Varoma/ Speed 1

  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes

  8. Enjoy!
