You will need
1kg pealed tomatoes (sliced)
18g grilled pealed bell peppers (sliced)
130g red onion (sliced)
1 Tbs garlic powder (or 2 cloves)
100g red wine vinegar
1 pinch nutmeg
1 Tbs mustard
1 Tbs ground black pepper
1 ts cayenne pepper
1 ts himalaya salt
50g muscovado sugar
2 or 3 bay leaves
Instructions
Place tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic and half the vinegar in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 7
Place the strain basket on the bowl. Mix 40min/ Varoma/ Speed 2
Add remaining ingredients. Mix 15min/ Varoma/ Speed 2.
Once the sauce thickens, replace the basket by the measuring cup. Mix 1min/ Speed 10.
Transfer in a glass. Flip over and leave for 10min. Let cool
Enjoy with French fries, sandwiches, salads, etc.
