You will need
200g flour
110g water
4 ts EVOO
1/2 himalaya salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the bowl. Mix 15sec/ Speed 3,5. The dough should be sticky
Transfer the dough into a bowl. Cover with humid warm towel. Leave for 30min
Shape small balls. spread some flour on the counter.
Use a rolling tin to flatten the balls. the wrap should be very thin
In a hot non sticky pan, place the wraps. Let the cook at a medium temperature
Flip the wrap to cook the other side
PS: for soft wraps, as soon as they're cooked, put them into a freezing bag to avoid contact with air.
