Mashed potatoes come as a meal on its own or part of other recipes like Parmentier and others. TM suggests an easy and delicious recipe to customize as you wish

You will need

  • 1kg potatoes cut into quarters

  • 400g milk

  • 50g butter

  • 1/2 tsp Himalaya salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Insert butterfly whisk in the bowl

  2. Place potatoes, milk, salt pepper in the bowl. Mix 24min/ 100°C / Speed 1-Reverse mode and measuring cup out

  3. Add butter. Mix 40sec/ Speed 3-Reverse mode

  4. Enjoy!

Smoothies are a great alternative to a solid breakfast, especially in summer. With frozen fruits, you have endless alternatives, and you'll only need to mix all this beautiful world together to enjoy a refreshing drink. I never buy frozen fruits, I usually buy them fresh, and cut them before freezing them. This way, I just need to grab a bag and mix it

You will need

  • 2 bananas (sliced and frozen)

  • 375ml almond milk

  • 120g vanilla yogurt

  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 3 and progressively increase the speed to 8 or 9

  2. pour into a mug and serve immediately

  3. Enjoy!

You will need

  • 220g chicken breast cut into pieces

  • 50g carrots

  • 50g zucchini

  • 80g onion cut into quarters

  • 50g chinese vermicelli

  • 20g shiitake (or mushrooms)

  • 16 brick wraps

  • 1 Tbs Sesame oil

  • 3 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 pinch Himalaya salt

  • melted butter/sesame oil mix to glue the wraps

Instructions

  1. Soak Shiitake and vermicelli in hot water for 10min

  2. Place onions in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5. Set aside

  3. Place chicken, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl. Mix 4min30/ 120°C/ Speed 2

  4. Add soy sauce. Mix 3sec/ Speed 5

  5. Add onion, vermicelli and shiitake. Mix 4sec/ Speed 3/ Reverse mode

  6. Pour into a salad bowl

  7. Spread your wraps and add a tbs of the mixture

  8. Roll the wraps. Glue each wrap with the butter/oil mix

  9. Cook in the oven for 20min at 200°C

  10. Enjoy!
