You will need
220g chicken breast cut into pieces
50g carrots
50g zucchini
80g onion cut into quarters
50g chinese vermicelli
20g shiitake (or mushrooms)
16 brick wraps
1 Tbs Sesame oil
3 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 pinch Himalaya salt
melted butter/sesame oil mix to glue the wraps
Instructions
Soak Shiitake and vermicelli in hot water for 10min
Place onions in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 5. Set aside
Place chicken, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl. Mix 4min30/ 120°C/ Speed 2
Add soy sauce. Mix 3sec/ Speed 5
Add onion, vermicelli and shiitake. Mix 4sec/ Speed 3/ Reverse mode
Pour into a salad bowl
Spread your wraps and add a tbs of the mixture
Roll the wraps. Glue each wrap with the butter/oil mix
Cook in the oven for 20min at 200°C
