Gram flour, or Garbanzo flour or chickpea flour is a miracle product that doesn't taste good, doesn't smell good, but once cooked has an amazing taste! who could believe this flour is made out of chickpeas? Full of proteins it's gluten free and IC friendly and can be used in different ways. Below is an omelette try-it recipe I just had this morning, and I can say it is really delicious.

You will need
2 Tbs gram flour
3 Tbs lactose free milk (or almond milk)
1 pinch Himalaya salt
1/2 tsp parsley and chives
1 tsp EVOO
Vegetables and cottage cheese
Instructions
Preheat a pan to medium heat
Add EVOO
Place flour and milk in the TM. Mix 10sec/Speed 5
Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix 5sec/Speed 5
Pour onto the pan. Cook as a normal egg omelette then flip the omelette and let cook for a couple of minutes
Serve with veggies and cheese
