Maybe the easiest recipe ever (no butter)

Ingredients
120 ml to 150 ml lemon juice (about 2 juicy lemons)
Zest of 2 very fine lemons (or no zest at all, but zest gives taste)
80g brown sugar
3 small whole eggs (120- 125 g approximately)
20g cornstarch
Instructions
Insert the butterfly whisk to prepare the cream
Grate the zest of lemons in the bowl
Add lemon juice, sugar and eggs. Program 7min / 80 ° / Speed 3. Remove the cup
Remove the whisk and let temperature drop to around 37 °
Add butter. Program 30sec / Speed 5
Put the cream in the fridge
