A bissara a day keeps the cold away

You'll need

  • 250 gr dried beans

  • 5 garlic cloves or 1TbS powder garlic

  • 1l water

  • 50 ml EVOO

  • 1 TbS cumin

  • 1⁄2 ts paprika

  • 1 ts salt

  • 1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. Place the beans, water and garlic in the bowl. Mix 35 min / Varoma / Speed 1 with cup removed.

  2. Add EVOO, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cover with the measuring cup and mix 30sec/ Speed 10

  3. Squeeze the lemon over the puree (lemon gives taste. But too much lemon thickens the puree)

  4. Enjoy while hot.

A fluffy foamy something halfway between a smoothie and a cream

Can be done using any other fruits. I also tried it with strawberries; a yummy dessert believe me!

I'm a crepe, I'm a weird dough...

Are you looking for a gluten-free version? No problem

"This is the crepe. This is the cider. This is how we live and eat." Gabrielle Hamilton

You'll need

  • 200g flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2l milk

  • 2TbS coconut oil (I often do it without fat, they're still delicious)

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (you can also use 10g sugar and 1 vanilla bean)

  • 1 pinch kosher salt

If you feel the mixture is heavy, add some milk. If it is too light, add some flour. I use all purpose flour, so the texture is perfect

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 6

  2. Pour in a large bowl

  3. Heat a pancake pan over medium heat. You don't need to grease it, these are non stick pans

  4. Drop batter evenly onto pan, swirling away from the heat it to evenly coat. Cook for 40 to 60 sec

  5. Flip the crepe by lifting one edge of the crepe with an offset spatula. Cook on second side for 40 to 60 sec

  6. Enjoy with whipped cream and strawberry slices, or with cheese and mushrooms...yummy yummy!
