Want to have some fish but you're tired of cooking? Why not prepare a salmon tartare. It's quick, easy, and divinely delicious

This recipe can also use tuna.

You will need

  • 2 pieces of fresh salmon

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 Tbs herb mix (parsley, chives)

  • 1 Tbs cottage cheese - For a healthier version, use 0% Cheese

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt/pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 5

  2. Place in plates using circles. Set aside for 5min to allow juice absorption by the fish.

  3. Add a layer of cheese. Top with chives and serve immediately

  4. Enjoy!

Tip: You can replace cottage cheese with a layer of avocado pieces

Shredded duck confit topped by pureed potatoes is a great dinner idea. A delicious but easy meal to prepare.

You will need

  • 800g sliced potatoes

  • 700g confit duck thighs (about 3)

  • 30g butter

  • 20cl milk

  • 10cl white vinegar

  • 3 shallots

  • 1 apple

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place thighs in the Varoma. Mix 15min/ Varoma/ Speed 1. Set aside

  2. Place potatoes and milk in the bowl. Mix 25min/ 90°C/ Speed 1-Stirring

  3. 1 min before the end, add butter, salt and pepper.

  4. Insert whisk. Mix 30sec/ Speed 3

  5. Remove skin and bones from the thighs. Peel and cut the apple into 4

  6. Plan shallots and apple in the bowl. Mix 5sec/ Speed 9

  7. Add duck. Mix 10sec/ Speed 3 while adding vinegar. Repeat until desired consistency is reached

  8. Place a layer of potatoes puree in glass jars or a baking tray. Add a layer of duck preparation. Finish with a layer of puree

  9. Cover with foil paper and heat for 20min at 180°C

  10. Enjoy!

Tip: for a nutty taste, you can add roasted hazelnut powder/chunk to duck preparation

Summer is made of high temperatures and refreshing ice tea

Some people do not like black tea. So d you?! no problem, here is the adjustment

You will need

  • 1l water

  • 1 bags black tea (or 1 Tbs green tea)

  • 2 Tbs muscovado

  • Lemon (and zest) of 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Place sugar and lemon in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ speed 10

  2. Add water. Mix 10min/ 100°C/ Speed 2

  3. Add tea. Let infuse for 10min

  4. For the green tea version, strain the liquid. Throw tea leaves and then pour again in the bowl.

  5. Add lemon juice. Mix 10sec/ Speed 3

  6. Let it cool

  7. Add lemon slices, ice cubes and enjoy!

Tips: for an even better flavor, put the mixture in ice cube molds and let freeze. Add to your drink before serving or mix them at speed 6 for a slushy texture
