Summer is almost here, time to think about refreshing beverages to sip all day long

You'll need

  • 100g muscovado sugar

  • 80g fresh ginger cut into small pieces

  • 2 sliced lemons (no peel, no white skin, no seeds, just the slices

  • 1l sparkling water

Directions

  1. Place sugar, ginger and Lemon into the bowl. Mix 20sec/ Speed 8

  2. Add 1/3 of the water. Mix 5sec/ Speed 8

  3. Drain the juice (using a fine simmering basket)

  4. Place the juice in the bowl. Add remaining water. Mix 5s/ Speed 4

  5. Serve fresh

  6. Enjoy!

You'll need

  • 100g dark chocolate

  • 180g hazelnut chocolate

  • 60g orange juice

  • 20g muscovado sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 10g water

  • Topping (fruits, nuts, etc.)

Directions

  1. Place chocolate pieces in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 10

  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix 3min/ 50°C/ Speed 2

  3. Add orange juice. Mix 30s/ Speed 6, then 1min/ 50°C/ Speed 2. Set aside

  4. In a clean bowl, insert the butterfly whisk.

  5. Add water, eggs and sugar. Mix 3min/ 70°C/ Speed 3,5

  6. Remove the whisk. Add the mixture to the choco-orange preparation. Gently mix

  7. Fill small cups with the preparation. Cool for 2h

  8. Top with fruits and/or nuts

  9. Enjoy!

  • 30g avocado...yes....avocado! believe me, this is delicious!

  • 50g raw cocoa powder

  • 70g honey (for a vegan version, use maple syrup)

  • 40g coconut cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 pinch kosher salt

  • Topping (fruits, nuts, etc.)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 4

  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix 30sec/ Speed 4

  3. Fill small cups with the preparation. Cool for 30 to 90min

  4. Top with fruits and/or nuts

  5. Enjoy!
