You'll need
400g watermelon
300g ice (100 + 200)
1 tsp coconut sugar
Instructions
Place 100g of ice in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7
Progressively add the remaining ice through the lid. Scrape down the edges of the bowl
Add watermelon and sugar. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7
Serve fresh with mint leaves
