A great alternative to chocolate spread

Combine it with bananes and you'll get the perfect banofee pie (Check out my recipe)


You'll need

  • 1l milk

  • 50g brown sugar

  • 20g muscovado

  • 80g icing sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 2 pinches kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place all this beautiful world in the bowl. Mix 50min/ Varoma/ Speed 5

  2. Put in a glass jar and wait until it's cool before putting in the fridge

You know what you have to do when life hands you lemon...

Of course you know....

"When fate hands you lemon, make lemonade." Dale Carnegie

You'll need

  • 2 to 3 beautiful yellow lemons

  • 1l water

  • 1 thumb fresh ginger

  • 40g brown sugar

  • 40g icing sugar (this is the secret ingredient)

Directions

  1. Place all this beautiful world in the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7

  2. Scrap down the sides of the bowl. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7

  3. Scrap down the sides of the bowl (yes once again). Adjust sugar. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7

  4. Mix 10sec/ Speed 7 as often as you want until you get the perfect texture

  5. Use the simmering basket to filter the drink

  6. Your lemonade is ready

  7. Enjoy!

A delicious way to start the day

We invited italy to breakfast with this creamy drink

You'll need

  • 100ml milk

  • 1/4 ts sugar

  • 1,5 ts instant coffee (ou 1/4 cup of coffee for the latte version)

  • Powder cocoa

Directions

  1. Place milk and sugar in the bowl. Mix 3min/ Speed 4

  2. Add coffee. Mix. 3 min/ 80 °C / Speed 3

  3. Bring that cup and fill it to the top.

  4. Add your powder cocoa

  5. Enjoy with cinnamon cookies, or do it the Louboutin way....with 2 brioches ;)
